1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the koi789 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. koi789 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. koi789 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not unlawful for individuals. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their financial activities are not eligible to register.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the koi789 Platform or have had a prior Account closed by koi789 for a breach of these Terms.
• Personal Use: You must be registering solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial operation.

3Account Registration

To access the koi789 Platform you must create an Account by completing the registration process at koi789.asia. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one Account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. koi789 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and Bonus Funds forfeited. koi789 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold funds from those Accounts pending investigation.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number as they appear on your official Indonesian identity documents (KTP or equivalent). koi789 will use this information for identity verification and to process payments. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.3 — Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. If any of your personal details change — including your name following marriage or legal name change, your residential address, email address, or telephone number — you must update your Account promptly by contacting koi789 customer support at [email protected]. koi789 is not liable for failed communications or delayed withdrawals arising from outdated Account information.

3.4 — Account Approval

Registration of an Account does not guarantee approval. koi789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Members in jurisdictions where access to online gaming platforms is restricted may be declined or have their Accounts closed upon detection.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your koi789 Account and must not reuse this password on any other platform.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted and must keep your 2FA recovery codes in a secure location.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify koi789 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• koi789 will never contact you to request your password, 2FA code, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from koi789 requesting such information should be reported to us immediately as a potential phishing attempt.

koi789 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that koi789's own systems were not compromised.

5Deposits

All deposits to your koi789 Account must be made through the payment channels listed in the cashier section of the Platform. koi789 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified channels:

The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable bank fees.
• koi789 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which koi789 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by the koi789 payment processing system. In the event of a delay, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• koi789 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual Accounts at its discretion, particularly where enhanced due-diligence procedures are in progress.

6Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Available Balance (real-money funds net of any locked Bonus Funds) at any time through the cashier section of the Platform, subject to the following conditions:

6.1 — Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request. koi789 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple tranches.

6.2 — KYC Verification

koi789 is required to verify the identity of members before processing withdrawals that cumulatively exceed Rp 10.000.000 within a rolling 30-day period, or upon the first withdrawal of any amount where KYC has not previously been completed. KYC documents may include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address (issued within the last three months), and, in some cases, a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until documentation is received.

6.3 — Processing Times

koi789 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours during normal operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests received outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank's clearing schedule.

6.4 — Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, koi789 will request that you provide an alternative bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

7Bonuses & Promotions

koi789 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total eligible wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games contribute 10–20%. Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the requirement.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account, unless stated otherwise. Uncompleted bonus wagering will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being voided automatically upon expiry.
• Maximum Bet While Wagering: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rp 500.000. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus wagering period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is considered bonus abuse.
• Abuse and Collusion: koi789 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using related Accounts, low-risk or arbitrage wagering strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated play with other members. Where abuse is detected, all Bonus Funds and winnings will be forfeited and the Account may be closed.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koi789 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (whether personally or in combination with another person).
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies in a manner that is not consistent with normal, good-faith gameplay. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other members or third parties in any card game, table game, or live dealer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with sportsbook markets.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your identity or location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing koi789 staff, other members, or live dealer personnel via any communication channel.
• Charging back any deposit or initiating a payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith. Chargebacks will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in legal action to recover funds.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the koi789 Platform — including but not limited to the koi789 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of koi789 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without the prior written consent of koi789.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the koi789 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that could create confusion or imply an endorsement by koi789 that has not been authorised in writing.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to koi789 for delivery through the Platform.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi789's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their koi789 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koi789 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if koi789 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue (whether direct or indirect).
• Loss of data or Account information due to events outside koi789's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by manifest technical malfunction, provided that koi789 corrects such errors as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever.

11Responsible Gaming

koi789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting members who may experience gambling-related difficulties. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible from within your Account settings or by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: You may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, your Account will be restricted from further play until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Controls: You may set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out. Reality-check notifications can also be configured to remind you of time spent on the Platform at intervals you choose.
• Self-Exclusion: You may voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, and koi789 will take reasonable steps to suppress promotional communications to you. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent Account closure at any time. Any Available Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

12Amendments to These Terms

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a member — koi789 will notify you by email to your registered address and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without advance notice, though the "Last Updated" date will always reflect the most recent change.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi789 holds its international gaming licence. koi789 is licensed and regulated internationally; details of the applicable licensing authority are available upon request from [email protected].

13.1 — Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and koi789 relating to your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. koi789 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a full written response within 14 business days.

13.2 — Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by koi789's licensing authority. Details of this escalation pathway will be communicated in koi789's written response to any unresolved formal complaint.

13.3 — Indonesia Market Context

koi789 acknowledges that its primary user base is located in Indonesia. Whilst online gaming occupies a complex legal position within Indonesia, koi789 operates transparently under an international licence and remains committed to the highest standards of player protection, fair play, and financial integrity for all Indonesian members.
